Do you currently do international shipments?

We do, please count an order preparation and delivery time of about 1 month before receiving your order.

When can I order online?

Our e-shop opens everyday at 7AM (French local time). If you see our e-shop closed, do not worry, you'll be able to place an order the next day, from 7AM until we've reached the number of orders we're able to prepare every day.

If I order, will I receive my order ?

Yes, all security measures to prevent spread of COVID-19 have been implemented within our company. We’re currently fully mobilized and motivated to prepare all your orders with great care.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

The order delivery time is about 2 weeks at this time. We do our best to send all your orders. Since the beginning of the confinement, carriers and the National Post do not guarantee any shipping date. You parcel may take longer to arrive to you. Thank you for your patience.

Why can’t I order online ?

In order to offer the best quality services and a reasonable order preparation time, we will stop taking orders as soon as the number of orders we're able to prepare every day is reached. You'll be able to order again the next day.
