Quilted Jersey Fabric: Equipment and Care

  • Delicate and cosy, quilted jersey fabric is a gem when it comes to sewing warm pieces.
  • Before you start, wash your jersey quilted fabric. Then, we recommend you cut your canvas with a rotary cutter.
  • Sew jersey sewing fabric on a regular sewing machine. Take a twin ballpoint or a stretch needle, and use a zigzag stitch along with a straight stitch.
  • Finally, pick an overlocking thread, and you are good to go!

Sewing with The Shining Quilted Jersey Fabric

  • Quilted jersey fabric is perfect when it comes to stitching accessories for young and old alike.
  • Tailor a cute hoodie, a baby sleeping bag, or even shorts with the Dormeur pattern.
  • Stitch cushy pyjamas to snuggle, jumpers, and skirts. Add dainty detail with our jersey bias binding.

Oeko-Tex® label

It certifies the non-toxicity of textiles and dyes, so it avoids harmful substances. This label is the first label that has been put in place to allow consumers to find textiles without risk to health which has finally allowed to have a reliable product label for the consumer to judge the human-ecological quality of textiles.
