Can I order samples of fabrics ?

Of course you can ! And it is free ! There is just a limit of 5 samples per month to respect. Feel free to complete this form, selecting the reference and the name of the product you would like to receive (only for fabrics sold per 10 cm), and do not forget to mention your postal address so that we can send the sample to you.

The average delivery time is one week.

I do not understand the quantity of the fabrics !

It is very simple . Most of our fabrics are sold per remnants, starting from 10 cm. So, if you type 1 in quantity, you will receive 10 cm per width, if you type 15 in quantity, your will receive 1m50 per width*

Another example :

If you see on our website a fabric which name finishes by "x 50 cm", then it means that the fabric is sold per 50 cm. Consequently, if you type 1 in quantity, you will get 50 cm of fabric; and if you type 2, you will get 1 meter of fabric.

*per width = width of the fabric, which means the length of the roll of the fabric.

I am a professional, is there any discount?

If you are a professional, you can get a 10% discount on all your orders. For that purpose, just let us know your status by complete this form.

We will reply by sending you a registration form that you will have to fill.

After we get the filled form, and that we checked it is correct, you will then receive a code usable for one year, and extandable.

Are the pictures of your products true to their real color?

Every photographs of our products are made in a studio with standard lighting and devices. Then, we touch up the photographs so that the can be the perfect and true image of the product. 

However, some factors must be taken into account, such as the brightness of your computer screen and its shades. 

In any case, if you still have doubts about the color of some products, do not hesitate to ask us a sample.

Do you have a "local" store?

We do not have a local store, you can only buy our products via our on-line store at : www.mapetitemercerie.com.

Nevertheless, if you live around Gaillac, you can still come to our warehouse to get your package, from 8 am to 5 pm, monday thru friday.

Do you do phoneselling?

Unfortunately, our invoicing is only made on our website, we cannot take orders by phone.

But, if ever you have a problem when placing your order, you can still phone us or send us an email and we will be happy to help you.

Do you have a catalogue of your products ?

We are sorry, we do not have a printed catalogue with all our products. You can only see our products through our website.

Is it possible to collect my package in your warehouse ?

You live around Gaillac and would like to collect your package in our warehouse, so that you will not have to pay the shipping fees? It is possible to do that!

When you place your order, when you get to the payment page, just choose the option "pay with a check" and contact us by phone or by email to tell us how you want to collect your package. Then, you will receive an email telling you that your package is ready to be collected in our warehouse, monday thru friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

What are your shipping options ?

"So Colissimo" shipping to France and Belgium.

"Colissimo Expert Outre-Mer" (personal delivery package) for France's overseas territories & departments.

"Colissimo Expert International" (personal delivery package) through the rest of the world : delivery time is 4 to 10 business days.

How long is the delivery period ?

As soon as we receive your order, the delivery period for Metropolitan France shipping is approximatively one week.

Do I have to be careful when my package is being delivered ?

We recommend you to check your package, in front of the delivery man, just to be sure everything is alright.

If the package is damaged, or if there is a damaged or missing item, then refuse it

I am not satisfied with the product I ordered, I would like to return it to you. How can I do it?

As it is precised in our Terms & Conditions, you have a period of 7 days, starting on the delivery date, to return your products in its intact package.

Any product that you cut, used or washed cannot be returned.

"Exclusions to the right of withdrawal : fabric or trim cut at the request of the customer, sewed items, personalized items, made-to-measure items or exclusive items"

What security do you provide for online purchases ?

Right now, two methods of payment are available for credit cards : CyberPlus payment and Paypal, which are both certified organizations in terms of secured payments on the Internet.

How can I track my package ?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

How can I download my order invoice ?

You can find the invoice of your purchase on your customer account (when you get on the web page of www.mapetitemercerie.com, check if your name is written on the top right of the it : it means your are connected to your customer account).

Then, click on the link "order history".

For each order, you can download your invoices in PDF format.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or give us a phonecall, and take your order number with you.

Where is my order ?

At anytime you can track the status of your order by clicking on "order history" via your customer account.

Your order will have the status "processed" when it is taken in charge by our order packers.

Then, your order will have the status "dispatched" when it is sent.

How do I look for a product on your website ?

Nothing is easier than that! The frame "search" (on the top right of our website) allows you to look for a product according to different crierias.

I.e; : if you are type "jersey", the result page will give you all of our products that have the word jersey in their names.

A product is out of stock, what can I do ?

We offer you a large selection of products with regularly updated stocks, so it is possible that the product you are looking for gets restocked very soon.

For the designer fabrics, stocks come from a unique collection and are hardly ever renewed.

Whenever you want to be informed about the restock of one product, just click on the link "Notify me when it is available" on the product information sheet. Once the stock is updated, you will receive an email alert.

I forgot an item when placing my order, what can I do ?

You have just placed your order but forgot to add an item? Give us a phonecall us as quickly as possible.

How can I enter a promotion code to my order ?

You have a discount voucher and want to use it? Nothing is easier than that!

Once you have confirmed your shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the "discount voucher" frame that is at the bottom of the checkout page, and confirm it.

Where can I find my discount vouchers ?

In your customer account, you can find your discount vouchers by clicking on the link "My discount vouchers". 

What are your methods of payment ?

To pay your order on the website ma petite mercerie, you have a choice of 4 methods of payment :

- With a check (Your order will get the "processing" status once we receive your check)

- With a credit card via SystemPay

- With Paypal (either your already have a paypal account, or you can just pay with your credit card via the paypal secured platform)

- With a bank transfer (Your order will get the "processing" status once your payment is transferred on our bank account)

My payment has been refused, what do I have to do ?

It happens sometimes, some credit card payments are refused by our payment system. If this is the case for you, check the reasons:

-maybe it is because of the validity of your credit card

-does your credit card have the option "internet payments" ? If you do not know, contact your bank/your card issuer.

-maybe you have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank.

I received a broken item, what can I do?

You have just opened your package and found out that one product is damaged? Simply send us a picture of the broken product or damaged package, and indicate the reference of your order, by email at :  contact@mapetitemercerie.com.

There is something missing from my order, or the quantity does not match with the order form. What can I do?

Please, contact us as soon as possible, with the reference of your order, by calling us or sending us an email, and indicate which product(s) is (are) missing/broken.
